3d animation and Special effects

Welcome to my world of creativity and imagination

I realised that animation and creativity are linked together but in professional life they are different especially for freshers looking for a lucky break to start their careers.

Initially i wanted to get into animation for the VFX part of it. I admit i had it confused with regular animation which dishes out movies like Toy Story and Shreck...i had the idea of Transformers and Terminator when i went to enroll myself.

SO i looked at the showreel consisting of the students work and honestly it was very basic level...but i still went ahead cause i dont know what i was thinking...

When the years passed and i got to learn more and my concept of what i was doing got more clear in my head.I was fascinated with the possibilites which this field had to offer...the months spent learning the softwares and all were highly educational and entertaining. Its not like your in college or school.Learning is not sterotyped and its all practical....One simple rule to follow is always practice what was taught to you...if not then you bound to forget it by the next class..if your going to memorise the steps then this field is not for you...its all logic and proper understanding of the concept.

SO coming back its a case when a fresher has all the ideas and the ideas bursting out of his mind but his skill is not as par as the industry standards...When you get into the studios your hired as one of the artists so if your into animation then your pretty much doing that for the rest of the time there...so your creativity is supressed....
